Terms and Conditions of Sale

Client acknowledges that purchases from Frank’s Export Truck Center are solely for export to buyers

outside North America. Client agrees not to distribute or sell parts purchased from Frank’s Export Truck

Center to buyers inside North America, and to furnish upon our request, documentary evidence sufficient

to demonstrate that said parts were exported. Client is required to take reasonable contractual and

other precautions to ensure subsequent buyers do not sell or distribute any of said parts to buyers in

North America or permit the parts to be returned to U.S. for purchase or use. Client also agrees not to sell

said parts into or to any country or to any person where such sale is prohibited by any applicable law or

regulation.

We certify that we will not supply parts or participate in a public tender for the sales of parts to the

Public Administration, meaning a government or any department therof, a legal entity in organization

under public law, a political part, or a public international organization.

We further certify that we will not supply the goods to an entity in the future if we know or suspect that

they are intended or likely to be used for any purpose connected with Military applications, chemical,

biological or nuclear weapons, or missiles capable of delivering such weapons; that we will not supply

the goods to an entity in the future in a destination subject to US, UN, EU or OSCE embargo where that

act would be in breach of the terms of that embargo; and that we will not supply the goods, or any

replica of them, in the future if we know or suspect that they are intended or likely to be used in any

nuclear explosive activity or unsafeguarded nuclear fuel cycle.

Each Party hereby undertakes that, at the date of the entering into force of this agreement, itself, its

directors, officers or employees have not offered, promised, given, authorized, solicited or accepted any

undue financial or other advantage of any kind (or implied that they will or might do any such thing at

any time in the future) in any way connected with this agreement and that it has taken reasonable

measures to prevent subcontractors, agents or any other third parties, subject to its control or

determining influence, from doing so. By purchasing any items from Frank’s Export Truck Center, LLC.

buyer agrees to above conditions without exception.
